Frequently Asked Questions
I can’t touch my toes – can I still do yoga?
Of course you can! The Yoga practice invites you to be exactly where you are at this present moment. At The Yoga Club we encourage you to come with a flexible mind rather than a flexible body.
What should I wear to Yoga?
You should wear whatever you feel comfortable in - tracksuit bottoms, leggings, t-shirts, jumpers etc.
What if I have an injury or medical condition?
If your condition is chronic, you have suffered a serious injury or you have had recent surgery please check with your doctor before attending a class. Please inform us of any injuries or medical conditions before the class starts – this is really important as it helps the teacher to modify the practice for you and keep you safe.
(We reserve the right to ask you not to join the class if we feel it would be inappropriate due to your injury or medical condition.)

Do you provide equipment?
